  • What products do you offer?

We offer high-quality, attractive foil balloons, individually packaged and delivered to you or the person of your choice.

  • What is included in the price?

Each order includes a foil balloon inflated with helium, delivered in a gift box lined with luxury tissue paper, a balloon weight and a gift card with a personalised message. Delivery to any standard UK address is also free of charge.

  • How do I place an order?

You should place your order through our website.   Just find a balloon you like, click on it, and our system will take you through our order process, which is very easy to use. If you do encounter any difficulties, please don't hesitate to contact us.

  •  How do I pay?

We use the PayPal system to process all payments. At the end of the order process, you will be taken to our PayPal page, where you can either pay by credit/debit card or using an existing PayPal account. 

  • How quickly will my order be processed?

If you place an order Monday-Friday before 1 p.m., we will dispatch your order the same day by Royal Mail parcel post to any standard UK address.   Orders placed after 1 p.m. will be dispatched the following working day.  If you place an order over a weekend, it will be dispatched the following Monday (Bank Holidays excepted). 

  •  To whom will the balloon be delivered?

That's entirely up to you: we can either send the balloon to you or dispatch it directly to someone you want to surprise.   Just take care to specify the correct delivery address in the course of the order process.

  •  Do you send orders abroad?

We are happy to send our balloons anywhere in the world at an extra charge. Just contact us for further details.

  • I'm looking for a specific balloon, but it doesn't appear on your site. Can you help?

We get all of our balloons from a large, local wholesaler.  If you are looking for something special, just get in touch and we will do our best to help. 

  • I need to change my order. What should I do?

Just contact us and let us know the details - provided your order has not been dispatched, we will be happy to help.

  • My order didn't arrive. What should I do?

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, just contact us and we'll be happy to look into it.
